The production and technical arts department have a job opening for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual keen to support our production team in all technical aspects within LAMDA’s three theatres.
The postholder will be responsible for overseeing all production work, particularly the supervision of all student work in the capacity of a trainer, as well as acting as a technical liaison for all external hires of the LAMDA theatres.
The role would be ideal for an individual who possesses the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels in addition to having an extensive amount of knowledge in all aspects of theatre production including lighting, sound, SM and basic construction.
The successful candidate must possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail alongside being highly organised and results driven.

We are currently recruiting Examiners based in the UK to examine our suite of communication, performance, musical theatre and Shakespeare examinations.
You must hold a recognised teaching qualification or equivalent, and/or a Master’s Degree in a performance related subject. You must also have a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching the LAMDA syllabi. We are also looking for candidates with five years teaching experience in Communication/Speech/English Language and Drama subjects.

LAMDA Examinations recruit Examiners up to three times per academic year (August-July). If your application is successful, you will be invited for interview at LAMDA. Following a successful interview, you will be invited to attend a training day in London; dates and times of this will be confirmed when you are invited to interview.
