Appeals

We will always try to work with you in order to resolve any issues that come up. We offer a number of ways to do this, including:

If, however, you are unhappy about the outcome of any of the decisions made by LAMDA Exams and you have exhausted the procedures related to the specific policy, you can always Appeal.

An Appeal will always be completed by a person who has had no previous involvement in the matter, nor has any personal interest in the outcome.

How To Apply For An Appeal

Before making an application, please read the Appeals Policy and ensure you have grounds for requesting one. If you are not sure if you should be making an appeal, please lodge a query by emailing [email protected] and our Customer Service Team will support you.

If you need to make an appeal, in the first instance you need to complete Section One of the Appeals Form.

We will acknowledge receipt of your appeal (Stage One or Two) within three working days and a Lead Investigator or Independent reviewer will be assigned. The Investigator/reviewer will respond with the outcomes within 15 working days. Where investigations are more complex and cannot be resolved within 15 working days, the investigator will update every 15 working days until an outcome can be reached.

Stage One Appeal:

Complete Section One of the Appeal form and send via email to [email protected]

Stage Two Appeal:

If you are still not happy with the Stage One Outcome, please complete Section Two of your original Appeal form and send via email to [email protected]

Stage Two Appeals cost £100, but this fee will be refunded if the appeal is successful.
