Book an online assessment

We offer learners the opportunity to take some of our exams live over the internet using an online, free to access, platform. The exams follow the same processes, regulation and opportunities as our in-person exams and replicate the experience as closely as possible.

If you are based outside the UK, please get in touch with your local representative, or our international team. Please be aware that available time slots can be limited depending on which time zone you are located in.

Further Information

Customers can enter any learner, within the UK, at one of our Public Remote Online Assessment (ROA) Centre events. Learners must take their examinations from their own home. All learners will be assessed remotely via the platform Zoom.

A list of examinations available for Remote Online Assessment (ROA) can be found on our website.

Important:

Before submitting entries, please read our current ROA Guide for Centres and Teachers and relevant current syllabus available from our website.

  • ROA Public Centre Entry Form
    • Please complete the online entry form available on our website. Forms must be completed in full. Please read the Important Information section at the start of the online entry form.

    • If Learners are being entered for more than one exam or being entered with siblings please note this on the application.

    • Entries received for an Event after the published closing date (see above) will not be accepted. Note: Events may become fully booked before the closing date. LAMDA reserves the right to close an event before the advertised closing date if it is booked to maximum capacity. Please check our website for updates.

    • LAMDA does not guarantee that entries submitted will be accepted. Where we are unable to accept an entry due to capacity issues, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date or refund the examination fee.

    • Entries submitted for either an In-person event or ROA event cannot be swapped over. This is because we cannot guarantee all exams can be examined remotely and/or we may not be able to accommodate all entries if we have reached our maximum capacity.

    • If an In-person Public Centre event is cancelled due to COVID-19, entries will not automatically swap over to an ROA event.

  • LAMDA does not guarantee preferred dates or times. Learners must be available for all dates and times. Fees will not be returned if preferred dates are not given.

  • Once exam dates and times have been issued, slots cannot be swapped/changed, nor Learners. Fees are non- transferrable and non-refundable.

  • LAMDA will accept payment by BACs and Transfer Credit Voucher only. The UK Fees List and our bank details are available to download from our website, or available on request from the Examinations Department.
